There are a lot of people aske Raffy Tulfo for his help. But this story is really unexpected. Four women asked for Raffy’s help because their faces are being printed on a tarpaulin for negative reasons. The tarpaulin labeled the four women as “mangungutangs”. It seems like the purpose of the tarpaulin was to warn others because they always borrow money but they don’t pay them. Raffy Tulfo was laughing really hard when he knew about their problem. The women wanted to take the tarpaulin off because their families are also being affected by it. Raffy told them that they wouldn’t get into trouble.
