We overheard that there was a concerned citizen, shared a video of a mother playing with her child by putting him on the roof of a moving tricycle. The video was captured in San Juan, Batangas and he captured and shared it in hoping to warn other parents on bad parenting. The mother put her child on the roof for a long time not realizing the dangers of putting him there.
