Two minor were caught by the Manila police named Nathaniel Vinarao and Matthew Conde. They were captured after the police received from a pregnant victim of theirs. The pregnant woman was just walking along the road when two men riding a motorcycle snatched and seized her handbag. The victim grabbed onto her bag firmly and she was dragged on the road accidentally hitting her belly. Many bystanders would come to her aid but she would always cry when she recalls the situation.source:youtube
