On the later part of 2017, scholars from Public Health England revealed in the Lancet Infectious Diseases journal that scarlet fever has been spreading throughout England and East Asia once again. Hong Kong first experienced it during 2011 and the cases increased since then. Scarletina or scarlet fever usually infects children under 10. The symptoms are sore throat, swollen neck glands, headaches, body chills, nausea, and vomiting.
