The 39-year-old security guard of Santa Teresa de Avila Church in Talisay City, Cebu was recently taken into custody after allegedly raping a 19-year-old student who went to pray. Joseph Saurdino, the suspect, denied the allegations against him but it turned out that he wasn’t even a legitimate security guard, carrying a pistol without serial number. According to the reports, he may have added sleeping pills onto the soft drink he handed to the victim. He will be facing charges since he violated the Anti-Rape Law and Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.source:youtube
