GMA-7 host Willie Revillame recently celebrated his birthday and he made sure that he isn't the only one who's blessed in an episode of his show, "Wowowin." Last January 26, he handed not just the notable "jackets" to 600 people in the audience, but also a whopping amount of Cherry Mobile phones! Before spreading this out, Willie gave a heartfelt speech saying that he wants to be the one who gives and not the one who receives.
