For a social experiment, a YouTuber gave a homeless woman in Santa Monica, Los Angeles a whopping amount of $283. Most people will think that she’d buy what she needed the most such as clothing and food; however, after finding out where she spent the money, lots of watchers were moved. At first, when YouTube sensation Das of “K3TV” handed the woman the wad of cash, she refused to accept it. In the end, she accepted the money, embraced Das, and thanked God. She bought ice cream first from the nearest patio and went to several shops and stores but never bought anything until she reached an animal shelter. There, she adopted a dog and expressed how “it seemed much more caring to have a dog.”source:youtube
