An Indian stuntman wanted to do a world-record by doing a zipline and crossing the river with his head as his support for the cable. Everything went fine until his hair was stuck on the cable. He wanted to finish his act and desperately went to the other side by using his hands. He was struggling at that moment and he wanted to rescue for help and he was saying instructions. But his instructions cannot be heard because of the noise coming from the crowd cheering for him. after 30 minutes of struggling he was just hanging on the cable. He was declared dead on arrival and the cause of death was cardiac arrest.source:youtube
